These terms describe YOU, THE MOVIE’s online movie builder and personalized digital movie product. Contact: taltzurr@gmail.com.
The product
One Movie Creation means one personalized, 60-second digital film featuring a baby and two parents, using the Baby on the Run story. You enter names, choose authorized photos and preview a story concept in our online builder. The finished film uses AI-assisted production and human editing. Sample images show an illustrative family; the characters’ likenesses may vary and are not an exact photographic reproduction.
Price and delivery
One Movie Creation costs $99 USD as a one-time payment. Any applicable taxes are shown before payment. Delivery is digital in 1080p, 16:9, within 72 hours of purchase. Required photos and details are securely submitted before payment and reviewed after payment. The preferred date you enter does not shorten the delivery window.
Your photos and permissions
You must be 18 or older and authorized to place the order. You must have permission to use the photos and the explicit consent of each adult depicted, and be the child’s parent or legal guardian or have that guardian’s permission. Only submit materials you are authorized to use. You authorize us and our production providers to process the photos and depicted likenesses with AI tools to create and deliver the requested film. This permission does not authorize advertising use; that requires separate consent.
Content restrictions
Do not submit public-figure or celebrity likenesses, content without the necessary rights and consent, or material intended for unauthorized impersonation. NSFW, nudity, sexual or exploitative content, harassment, hateful content and illegal material are prohibited. Do not use a film to deceive others about a person’s identity, actions or endorsement, or present fictional events as real footage. We may decline prohibited material and handle cancellations under the refund policy.
AI and the concept preview
Movies depict fictional entertainment. AI can introduce visual variations and artifacts. The free concept preview uses a fixed story template and sample artwork with your family’s names; it is not a generated video or a promise of exact visual likeness. Your photos are not transformed into new artwork in the preview.
Scope and corrections
The package follows the Baby on the Run story. Creative revision rounds, different scenes, custom scripts and music changes are not included. Please check names and photos before payment. Our errors in names or participants, and faulty files, are corrected without charge.
Cancellations and refunds
You may cancel for a full refund before production starts. We will notify you when production starts. After that, a change of mind alone does not automatically qualify for a refund. Non-delivery, defects or an inability to provide the promised product are handled under our refund policy. These terms do not remove rights that cannot legally be excluded.
Current availability
The movie builder securely saves your order and required photos when you continue to checkout, then opens PayPal for payment. The builder is self-service; film production and delivery currently include human work. Payment purchases one finished digital movie, not an instant download or a credit in an automated generation system.
