Cancellations and refunds

Before production starts

Cancel before production starts for a full refund. Contact taltzurr@gmail.com with your order reference and the email used for the order. We will notify you when production starts.

After production starts

Because each film is made for your family, a change of mind alone does not automatically qualify for a refund after production starts. This does not restrict any mandatory consumer rights.

Errors, defects and non-delivery

We fix errors we make in names, incorrect participants and faulty video files at no charge. If we cannot deliver the promised product or resolve a problem so that the film meets the order, we provide a refund. Contact us promptly about non-delivery or a problem with your film.

Creative changes

One Movie Creation does not include creative revision rounds or changes to the story, scenes or music after delivery. Please check your names and submitted photos before payment.

How a refund is returned

Approved refunds are returned through the original payment method. The time for the funds to appear depends on the payment provider and your bank. Payments are accepted through the secure PayPal checkout link after the required photos and details have been securely submitted.
