The current movie builder

Names, preferred date, email and message entered in the movie builder are temporarily saved in browser session storage while you move between steps. Selected photos are previewed in your browser. When you choose secure checkout, we create an order and upload the three selected photos to private order storage provided through Supabase; selecting a photo alone does not upload it. Clear site data to remove locally saved text, and reload the page to clear selected files. The story concept uses sample artwork and names entered in the builder; it does not send photos to an AI generator.

When you contact us or order

We receive the order information and authorized family photos submitted when you continue to secure checkout. We use them to produce and deliver the film, communicate about the order, handle corrections and meet record-keeping obligations.

Production providers and payment

AI tools and human production providers process the submitted images and likenesses to create and edit your personalized film. Names, faces and messages may therefore be processed outside your country by the providers involved in fulfillment. Only submit family images with the required permissions. PayPal processes payment details directly under its own privacy terms; we do not receive your full card number. Payment is taken only through the secure PayPal checkout link after your order and photos have been securely submitted.

Website operation

Our site is hosted on Vercel, which may process technical request information such as IP address, browser details and access time to serve and protect the site. Fonts are requested from Google Fonts. These providers may process information in other countries.

Your choices and family images

You may request access, correction or deletion of information you sent us by contacting our support email. Some records may need to be retained to meet legal or transaction obligations. You do not grant permission to publish your family’s photos or film in advertising by placing an order; that requires separate permission.

Children

The creator is intended for purchasers aged 18 or older. Children should not submit information or use the order form themselves. An authorized parent or guardian must give permission for use of a child’s image.
